As per agreement with Etisalat as Regional Principal Reseller We are authorized to sell a. Prepaid mobile sim cards(Wasel sim cards) b. Prepaid Recharge coupons.Etisalat intends to expand the porfolio of product and services made available to Regional Principal Reseller which include 1.Sim cards replacement 2. Value added service activation 3.Bill payments etc.
We are involved in every phases of sales and serivce of wasel sim cards which include Sales, Activation , Form clearance .
Our activation department has been established to provide quality and promt service to customers.We have trained staff to activate sim cards with in a minute.Our activation department works from 8 am to 11.30 pm.We activate sim cards through phone,fax and email.
Forms clearance department receives and ensures proper documention for the application of wasel cards.Trained staff are assigned to keep an eye to significant information. Our clearance department receives ,verify and submit the application forms for wasel sim cards.
2.Mobile phones.
We are also involved in the Sales and service of Nokia and Samsung mobile phones and mobile phone accesories. We have dedicated service centers in Dubai and Sharjah.We provide 1yr JAMCO warranty for all the mobile phones selling from our branches.3.Onida Mobile Phones.
JAMAL AL MARRI MOBILE PHONES is the Main dealer of Onida mobile Phones in U.A.E.
The numbers have increased upto 3000 to 3500 units per month since its collabration
